What in the world is going on? Last week, we were getting reports that hospitals in China were being absolutely overwhelmed by sick kids that had developed a condition known as “white lung syndrome”. Unfortunately, now we are learning that large numbers of children in the United States and Europe are also developing “white lung syndrome”. In many of these cases, “white lung syndrome” is being caused by “a bacterial infection that many antibiotics cannot fight”…
‘White lung syndrome’ pneumonia – nicknamed due to how the lung damage shows up on scans – is caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae, a bacterial infection that many antibiotics cannot fight.
Prior to this crisis, I was not familiar with mycoplasma pneumoniae. According to the official CDC website, those that are affected usually only develop “mild infections of the respiratory system”…
Mycoplasma pneumoniae bacteria commonly cause mild infections of the respiratory system (the parts of the body involved in breathing). Sometimes these bacteria can cause more serious lung infections that require care in a hospital. Good hygiene is important to help decrease the spread of M. pneumoniae and other respiratory germs.
So why are we seeing so many severe cases now?
Has there been an “accident” with some bacteria that scientists were monkeying around with in a secret lab somewhere?
In Ohio, there have been 142 child cases of “white lung syndrome” since August, and it is being reported that this “meets the Ohio Department of Health definition of an outbreak”…
In Warren County, just 30 miles outside Cincinnati, there have been 142 pediatric cases of the condition — dubbed ‘white lung syndrome’ — since August, a figure health officials there described as ‘extremely high’.
‘Not only is this above the county average, it also meets the Ohio Department of Health definition of an outbreak,’ the county’s health department said Wednesday.
The same article that I just quoted above also says that there has been an unusual number of cases in Massachusetts…
Meanwhile, in western Massachusetts, physicians are seeing ‘a whole lot’ of walking pneumonia, a milder form of the lung condition, which is being caused by a mixture of bacterial and viral infections.
And as I discussed the other day, it appears that the D.C. area is being affected as well…
The mysterious respiratory illnesses that are reportedly wreaking havoc in hospitals in China are now raising concerns for the medical community across the country and impacting Washington D.C., according to reports.
FOX 5 DC has learned that hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent care locations and clinics are reportedly seeing an uptick in sick visits.
Meanwhile, things are even worse in Europe.

In Denmark, cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae have now hit “epidemic” levels…
Denmark is currently being hit by a surge in the same type of pneumonia that has rocked China and sparked fears of a fresh pandemic.
Danish health chiefs say rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae, a bacterial infection for which some antibiotics are useless, has reached ‘epidemic’ levels.
And what we are witnessing in the Netherlands is truly chilling…
Amsterdam has already seen cases of pneumonia skyrocket in recent days as the Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research revealed that 80 out of every 100,000 kids aged between five and 14 were diagnosed with the respiratory issue last week.
So far officials in the country haven’t been able to explain why these numbers are rising so fast but are thought to be on alert.
Normally, antibiotics are the primary weapon that doctors use against bacterial threats.
But antibiotics are not going to solve this crisis.
So where do we go from here?
At the moment, global health authorities are trying to assure us that everything is just fine.
But the WHO is concerned enough about what is transpiring that it has decided to request more information from China about the outbreak that has erupted there…
The World Health Organization (WHO) is requesting more data from China amid an outbreak of pneumonia in children.
Dr Maria Van Kerkhove, a WHO epidemiologist, said the agency was ‘following up with China’ as hospitals across the country continue to be overwhelmed.
Face masks and social distancing are again being recommended in the secretive nation in a chilling echo of the early days of Covid.
And some Republicans in Congress are eager to get some answers about what is happening in China too…
Top Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee are calling for attention from U.S. health authorities on the “suspicious” clusters of viral infections and reports of pneumonia affecting Chinese children, warning that it would be “an abdication” of their duty for allowing the Chinese regime to “repeat its misdeeds from the COVID-19 pandemic.”
For the moment, there is still so much that we do not know.
But we do know two things.
Unlike COVID, this new outbreak is hitting kids really hard.
And it appears that whatever is taking place is happening on a global scale.
Meanwhile, it appears that Monkeypox is making a major comeback.
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, it has killed almost 600 people…
Nearly 600 have died of suspected mpox in the Democratic Republic of Congo this year, with a further 11,988 infected, in what has become the nation’s largest-ever outbreak.
The death toll surpasses the 112 global fatalities recorded during last summer’s outbreak, when the disease spread among multiple Western nations for the first time, including the UK.
Apparently this is a different strain than the one that was causing problems previously, and the WHO is warning that there is a substantial risk that this different strain could spread all over the globe…
Experts warn the outbreak is being driven by a strain of the virus that previously spread exclusively through animal to human contact, but is now rapidly spreading between humans.
“The risk of mpox further spreading to neighbouring countries and worldwide appears to be significant,” the WHO said.
Of course none of this should surprise any of us.
In my brand new book entitled “Chaos”, I warn my readers that if we really are living in the end times we should fully expect great pestilences to absolutely ravage our planet. In fact, it appears that disease is one of the factors that kills off one-fourth of the entire global population in Revelation chapter 6.
So I am going to continue to write about the new pestilences that emerge around the world, because this is going to be a major theme during the very difficult years that are ahead of us.
