The damage inflicted on the Russian Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines could only have been carried out by a “terrorist act” involving a “state power,” according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov who slammed a CNN report that suggested Russia blew up its own pipelines as “stupid” and “agenda-driven.”
