Yesterday we started back into the groove of the weekly radio programs over, Elijah has taken on the task and Sister Linda will be right there with him. Going forward our 5pm program will be flashbacks dedicated to revisiting all the programs that Pastor Dan did over the years while the 7pm slot will be used to update everyone on the going ons of the mission and happenings in the world. Today we were blessed with an extra food shipment today and the people received some apples, bananas, bread, salad, and salad mixes; alongside coats, socks, and warm clothing. For dinnertime Sister Linda put together Mexican Casserole, fruit on the side or peas, and cookies along with a dessert tray containing a slice of cake and of pie we totaled up 47 people served today, our numbers seem to have gone down a bit due to a rumor being spread around Wichita that we have stopped everything since Pastor Dan’s passing. On the contrary, we are continuing EVERYTHING that Pastor Dan started and will do so as long as we are able to physically and financially. Today was also in the 30 – 40s but it has been getting well below 20 degrees out at night. We need all the help we can get especially for SLEEPING BAGS and other things people may need to survive outdoors like tents. Medication is always needed and if you’re unsure about what to get on ANYTHING you can donate directly and make a note on your donation so we know what you want it to go to. Bills also need paid and if there is no note on a donation it will go towards whatever is NEEDED MOST at the time of receipt. The worst of the weather is still to come so keep the ministry in your prayers, consider helping in some form and pray about supporting the work we do to care for the LORD, his people, and to spread the truth!
