Footage has emerged this week showing the moment a violent felon abducted an innocent child at a mall in Northern Virginia earlier this month.
As WUSA 9 *reported* <www.wusa9.com/article/news/local/fairfax/fairfax-county-police-man-who-abducted-toddler-at-fair-oaks-mall-arrest-child-parent/65-0fea9893-3052-4920-b9f8-4d52f6cecb88>, a Virginia family made the mistake of losing sight of their little girl for a moment at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax back on July 18.
Fairfax County Police revealed the girl wandered away from a play area on the first floor of the mall near JCPenney. Then, a man snuck up from behind and snatched up the child.
NBC 4 Washington on Wednesday shared video from the Fairfax Police Department showing the man abducting a terrified child with the parents nowhere in sight.
He then walks into an another store with the girl in his arms, out of the camera’s view.
