The CIA has its own military, its own air force, and outnumbers U.S. diplomats in key embassies. Covert ops are shaping U.S. policy—without presidential approval. Iran, Guatemala, and Cuba are proof. Failed secret wars—like the Bay of Pigs—are costing America’s credibility and strengthening communism. Guerrilla warfare isn’t won with force alone. Citing lessons from Vietnam, Algeria, and the Philippines, Schlesinger warns: “They will bleed you to death.” British intelligence (MI6) operates under strict control—but the CIA runs unchecked. And the most shocking part? Schlesinger suggests dismantling the CIA’s operational arm—splitting it into a new National Intelligence Service and a Foreign Research Agency—to prevent more rogue actions. Kennedy was warned on June 30, 1961.
