BRITISH OPENLY CALL FOR “GLOBAL NATO”: British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss called for a “Global NATO,” citing security situations in Europe and in Asia. “We also reject the false choice between Euro-Atlantic security and Indo-Pacific security.
